PRICES AND OFFERS
All prices on www.ideal.ba are expressed in convertible marks (KM) and include VAT. Prices are valid at the time of placing the order. Offers are valid until stocks last or the end of the announcement.
DISTANCE CONTRACTS
The contract for the purchase of a product between the consumer and the trader is concluded electronically. The buyer is informed on the product page and the payment page of all relevant information about the product before concluding the contract, including the price, delivery costs, and the right of withdrawal.
PAYMENT METHOD
Payment is possible upon pickup. When the courier delivers the package to the address, you pay the courier in cash or by card. Payment to our account by bank transfer or post office.
DELIVERY
Ordered products will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer when ordering. Delivery is made exclusively within Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the service is provided by authorized delivery services. The delivery time depends on the date selected by the buyer, but delays of up to 5 business days are possible due to cooperation with courier services.
